The apartment is on the second floor, no lift and fully air conditioned, heated, double glazed and laminate floors throughout.
The living area is south facing and bright and sunny. There are two fantastic 'Barcelona' black leather chairs and the room has been stylishly decorated with glass, chrome and modern pieces. If lounging is your thing then you will enjoy the comfortable cream sofa too. A TV with satellite channels, DVD and stereo are all provided. There are two further arm chairs and a dining table and chairs if you want to entertain at home.
The first bedroom is tastefully laid out with a double bed, two bedside cabinets and reading lamps. There is lots of wardrobe space in the hallway.
The second bedroom is calmly decorated with a double bed, bedside cabinet and reading lamp. There are shutters on the windows if you want to block out the early morning sun.
The modern mosaic tiled bathroom has a wc, hand basin, bath and shower attachment. A hair dryer is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you won't be missing anything as there is an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There is also a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Pots & pans, crockery and glassware are provided.
From the living area you can step out onto the small terrace, which is not unlike being on the prow of a ship, where you can dine out or have that pre-dinner cocktail while the sun goes down over the pleasant adjacent square.
Great for couples, this is a stylish modern apartment right in the centre of things, just steps from the beach and surprisingly quiet for such a fantastic location close to all the restaurants, cafes and nightlife.
